Information we collect

We store your email when you create or manage a Watch or submit evidence. Evidence submissions may include product photographs, a shade, approximate purchase year, purchase country and notes you provide.

Product photographs

Accepted images are validated and re-encoded before durable storage to remove unnecessary embedded metadata such as EXIF and GPS data. We do not use submissions to extract your precise location. Evidence is stored privately and reviewed before it can affect a product record.

Email and analytics

We use your email only to operate Watches, account access and submission follow-up. FormulaWatch may use Plausible Analytics for aggregate, non-invasive usage measurement. We do not build advertising profiles or add behavioral tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

You can disable a Watch at any time. Personal-data deletion requests are handled separately from immutable, non-personal historical source evidence. Contact the address published with the deployed service to request access or deletion.
